10201174210504250_eHow To Be The Best Teacher The best teacher is the main purpose of every body need, sometimes teacher feel bored because of the students, actually not because of the students but the way of teaching that should be variety in teaching. Based on my experiences most of the students want that their teacher fun, easy going, and friendly.
as long as I teach my students, I always use new variety of teaching, also I have been much learning through internet or in YouTube. So many ways to find the information how to be good teacher.
we have to realize that teacher is model, teacher is an artist, teacher is entertainer so that before we teach the student we have to know what the students need. As I said above meant the teachers have to make the students flexible, for instance sometimes they are our friends, our brothers and sisters, and our students so just make it easy if you have made class room agreement. Based on the problem that we met in our class we have to do some of the tricks.
  1. entertain them before giving the lesson, you can give variety of entertainment such us : Magic trick, games, ice breaker or stand up comedy, etc.
  2. make class room agreements, it’s one thing that really important in teaching, you can ask one by one of the student what the rule that should be applied in the class, then ask them to make the consequence of class agreements they made.
  3. teacher should realize that students sometimes can be our teacher to give idea for us.
  4. make students agenda book, to write what the student activity in order their parent are able to check what the did and what they want to do.
that the simple way I did, I hope every teachers can be better than me. And also I hope my experiences can give all the teacher motivation, or if anyone who want to give me suggestions just give me comment. I will do the best.
